Quick 3 with distance kids early. Sharp is going to be a monster this year. Logan has them really dialed in.
PM-6 on treadmill
interval work @ every other mile. 7min per mile and 8 min per mile. NOt real speed work, but something to break up the monotony on the treadmill.
