AM-another great workout with watson. Other than the pull ups I loved it. I hate watching him put the 45 lbs plate on the weight belt and know out 8-10 reps holding on the way down for 5 seconds, because I get up and have to cheat after the 2nd set. Oh well, there was a time when I was 18 years old! The main thing is getting stronger for the run.
PM-We did a 2 warm up to barcelona and back then on the track with the "b" girls for 8X400 @ 2 min and 8X400 recovery jog. Finished up with a 1 mile cool down. It was a little slow, but since the lunges and dead lifts in the AM, it was kinda nice not to push too hard. Davis worked hard and stayed right w/ me. Weeks is looking better as well. I just wish she would have been able to work in the summer with us. I also wish we had one more girl to fit in with gianna and megan. That would make a world of difference, but we do what we can do. |
