PM ran the summit gym loop today, and then added a half mile cool down. I decided after the first mile to run it hard for the six, since I missed tuesday.

I felt like I was really pushing on 4,5, & 6, but didn't speed up my time. I am going to go back and see what my times were like during this time last year. I am not feeling great right now. It is not my IT band, but my left leg feels heavy. Maybe mental! |
