This was the worst run I can ever remember. I guess I am trying to get over this cold, and it finally caught me.

i started just above Veyo in the afternoon and went past dammeron valley for 4 and then back down.

It was ugly! I am not going to lose any confidence over it, because of the cold, the heat, and the afternoon run!
