This was the worst run I can ever remember. I guess I am trying to get over this cold, and it finally caught me.

i started just above Veyo in the afternoon and went past dammeron valley for 4 and then back down.

It was ugly! I am not going to lose any confidence over it, because of the cold, the heat, and the afternoon run!

Went out from the house and did the mayor's loop, and then back. The weather was perfect. The sun never got up until I got back, so that was the first time for that this fall.

much better run than tuesday.

Chad told me he sprain the ankle, so it is all on me to BQ this time!

Ran the last 17 of the marathon. I probably ran out a little too fast, but I started feeling it. 6:30-6:45 for the last 15.
