PM ran two really easy ones with mark. He has been working on the accelaration sp? program, so his workouts during track have been crap. I really hope this program is gettng him where he needs to be. Obviously, I am little concerned, because it should have been taken care of before practice started. We will see what happens.
I did core work with the team, but still needed to gt my run in. I came home and did the summit loop. I used it as a speed play run, because the 1st, 3rd, and 5th miles were under 7:00 then pulled back on the others. |
