PM after practice I decided to get a 4 miles in to see how the calf felt. To my suprise it felt better than it has since before the injury. I think I am on the downhill side of the injury. It felt a little tight, but I just kept moving and I was okay through the run and the cool down.
I didn't ice or roll after, so I get what I deserve I aggravate it. I tell my athletes all the time to prevent and take care of their injuries by taking care of after practice details. What a hypocrite. I got to do this stuff if I am going to get it better and put up a qualifying time. |
