PM-WCC on the treadmill. went 1st mile @ 7:45 then down to 7:00 for the next 3.5. Last .5 back up to 7:45.
Felt okay, but not great. I hate tapering, because I let my mind play tricks on me. "Am I ready? Do I need more miles now?" Am I eating like a horse? Why do I seem tired after 4 miles, Etc...
