PM After the meet at Pine View I thought I would try my calf again. I ran up to the school and behind the baseball fields. I was feeling decent for the first 3, then it wtarted acting up again. I can't tell if I am now compensating on my step, so the calf is starting to get tight on the outside or not. I know it was torn on the inside, but the outside is really tight and feels like it is cramping now. I have been rolling it since monday, so I think that is helping. Chad is going to send me the name of a massage therapist that can help me work it out.
I am getting nervous about my lack of mileage. I don't want to throw the UVU marathon out the window, especially since I was up to +/-35 a week before the trip to Europe, but I am not feeling good about things right now. |
