AM darien, brennan, riley and mark showed for morning 800s. They took turns pacing me for 8 of them btween 2:55 and 3:05, except the last where brennan amped it up to 2:50 for me. I did 400 recoveries in between.
I got home and decided to take ruby on the sunday mile before I had to go to school.
PM needed to talk with Logan about the logistics of the footlocker, so i ran out to the flying j trailhead with him and the team, so i could pin down the plan for the travel, etc. Should be a fun one. Kire and I are going to run the supporter race before the meet, so that way I can legitimately get him out of school on friday. Should be fun. |
