Ran cedar half with chad even though I wasn't in shape to do it. I stated out a little too slow but I d don't have any confidence in my endurance. Everything went really well until mile 11 when I kicked too early and paid the price in the last mile. Chad beat me by a 1/4 mile which pissed me off. I gained 12-15 lbs since going to Hyperion but since stopping in May I have kept the weight and lost some of the muscle, so now my times suck! |
