AM-warm up mile. lifted with 2X power clean sets. PM-8 mile tempo run w/ the boys. (7:16 average) st. james/rustic loop and then 2 more @ 7:22 on the track. for shin splints starting. I tried to get in the training room to ice, but the door was locked and i didn't want to go back and get my keys. I need to start stretching and taking care of the legs if I am going to do these faster longer miles. i am going to go w/ the club guys tomorrow. no AM run though. |
