PM-went to wccc and did speed work on the treadmill. warm up then 1600 on and 800 off for the 10 miles.

It is amazing what 1 day of rest can do. I felt way better and I was looking forward to the run. It is crazy how my body can tell when it is time to back off. I couldn't sit down monday and tuesday without falling asleep, but today things were great.
It is still really windy. It has never been this windy and rainy since I can remember. |
