AM-track practice. I couldn't get the courage up to run more than 1 200 w/ brinkerhoff today, since he was going 28-30 pace. I went 32, then did 8x200 w/ laura at 35-36, except tha last one @ 33. Did core then bushnell showed up, so I did the last 6 200s w/ her. We hit 34-35 w/ all of them. Then a cool down. Lex and I work on some hurdle stuff. She has great form. We must work on her speed and heart! |
