AM-ran the virgin river loop + east side trail w/ chad this morning. I felt really crappy 3-4 miles in, because I haven't been eating right. After i got to the bloomington park, I started to work things out. Arms and shoulders just feeling weak and I was a little light headed, but the legs were good.
PM-went to La Verkin today w/ suzy for Ayden's baptism, and then changed to take her to throw the jav. She though 8 or 10 consistently at 85-90 feet after some warm-up and drills. She is looking smoother and smoother. I think she is starting to get excited about it. |
