AM-got out early enough to do the town square run. I felt really crappy after i got to the square. by the time I got home, I was feeling so bad that I thought I might have the flu. I took the am of from work and slept from 8 until 11AM. When I woke up, I realized that I had not drank enough during the track meet and then fasted on Sunday. The morning run finally pushed me into bad dehydration. I really pushed the liquids during the day and felt much better by the afternoon.
PM-I did the usual out and back to the bridge. I kept it at 7:25 for the 1st mile then droped down to 7:10 for the next 3. |
