PM-Ran a little w/ each group and talked race tactics.
Logan has soccer practice now, so I am kind of flakin' on running with the club. I decided to go out later and do the big house 5 at my 1/2 marathon goal pace. I felt okay, but my hip has a little tweak still. I missed 3 days during last weekennd, and the aches come worse when I take time off. I guess I am going to keep up some good miles through next wednesday, and then coast before the race next week. |
