AM-Got up a little late, but I decided to do the old GW loop before school.The sun was completely up, but the temps were still cool. It was a runners dream this AM. I just cruised along and enjoyed it. Toobad I got up late and stressed about being to work on time. I missed my dang dept. meeting anyway-which really sucked.

PM-Laur and I did the gw loop backwards after our impromptu T&F party at the house. The run was nice and slow. Laurie just talked about the daily stuff. It was very fun to run with my hot wife!

THe bad thing was my principal was standing there when I came in with a box of doughnuts and made me feel really guilty! Not good!
