PM-warm up then yasso 10X800s w/ 400M recovery and then cool down mile.

I felt really good through the whole workout and I could have gotten at least 2 more in under 3:10. I think the 2 days off really did wonders. If yasso is right I am gearing up for a good marathon barring injury. |
