AM-1 on track and then out and back to the storage units

PM-warm up then yasso 10X800s w/ 400M recovery and then cool down mile.

I felt really good through the whole workout and I could have gotten at least 2 more in under 3:10.  I think the 2 days off really did wonders.  If yasso is right I am gearing up for a good marathon barring injury.

Good luck at your upcoming marathon. I hope that the yasso race predictor works for you. It never works for me but then again I am probably a freak of nature(in a bad way).
