AM-1 mile warm up and power circuit sets X 2. Chest, tri, shoulders, then back, bi, core, then one circuit set of core.
PM 8 mile tempo and 1 mile cool down-fort pierce O&B . I felt like sick to my stomach in the middle miles. I think PB&J too soon before a run doesn't go great. I got rollin' again on the way back, so I didn't feel too bad. |
