Ran @ the WCR today. I was just gong to loosen up after the long run, but decided to do fartleks. A half mile on and a half mile off for 4. 6.5 pace then up to 10.0 pace. I was a good workout. I wanted to reach my max, then drop back to recover like I am going to need to do for the hills on the marathon course. Be confident! |
