PM went over to rec. center and hit the treadmill for 35 minutes. It was slow and easy after the race. Just trying to work a little soreness out of the quads after the downhills. I just plugged along and watched Jerry struggle to kiss Neumann's old girlfriend on "Seinfield." Laurie just walked on the treadmill next to me and that was nice. Jennifer and Todd showed up about 25 minutes into my run , so we chatted a bit. I sure like those two. Anyway, that is the end of the week for me. |
