PM I went around the LV elem school loop over to LV road and home. 1st mile i warmed up then hit a threshold run at 6:20+/- then back up to 7:40+/- and back down again to 6:30+/-. I got a new pair of 5k shoes. I tried them out today. They are little stiff, but I think they will break in nicely. I have tried to find the old bostons for 3 months without luck. I have 3 pair of them, but the blues are too old and the yellows are on the last few miles. The golds will still give me some good miles. I sure wish the shoes companies would leave a good thing alone. Even if I am the only one that buys the ugly ones. |
