Well I am back at it. I have gotten a few miles in since the marathon, but nothing to shout about. I was 100% by Monday morning from the marathon other than a littel tightness in my right calf. I just haven't been logging stuff.
I decided to go to the wieght room more after the marathon, so that has been going well. The problem is I was flipping through the channels and found this show where these three guys run across the sahara desert. It was amazing! I realized how much more I like running than the closed space in the gym. I will still hit the gym, but I gotta run more. Anyway, I felt a cold coming on Sunday, but I tried to shake it off. NO luck. I got up to run today, and I got in two miles and felt like crap. just dragging back in the house. I will lay off tomorrow and see if I can get asome bigger miles in through November. I am shooting for a PR in the January half @ st. George. |
