AM Got out with mark again today and went from DHHS around the Knolls loop. It was a beautiful run and I feel tons better when I run in the morning. It is just rolling out of bed and into the cold that sucks. I think I have crossed over to the running addiction now. I have been running at distance for about 15 years now, but this may be the first year where when I miss I really feel physically and mentally more tired.
I mean when I was in high school anything over 400 meters was a marathon. I did pick up running here and there in college, but only as a supplement to weights. Now not on ly do I like running more, I think if I didn't run 3-4 times a day, I would be clinically depressed. Maybe not that bad, but I really do feel BAD when I don't get a run in. (Even if I don't log it!) |
