PM took sauce, kire, laurie and mom and dad on a little mtn bike ride while I ran. We went on the prospector trail. It was a little too steep for them, so we loaded up the bikes and went down on the virgin river loop trail. They liked the easy trail and so I could run out a little faster. I was quite fun to ride while laur pedaled. I didn't get as many miles in today as I wanted but it was quite fun just hanging out with the family. |
